Jewel in the crown of the Saint Mont appellation, le Faîte is the result of traditional local varieties of vine whose names immediately conjure up images of the South-West of France in the Gers département (Tannat, Pinenc, and Cabernets for the reds; Arrufiac, Petit-Courbu, and Manseng for the whites).
Le Faîte is the successful combination of the best terroirs of Aignan, Plaisance and Saint Mont, small, unassuming villages nestling in the rolling hills called ‘les collines gasconnes’.
